Iced Sweet Pumpkin Spice Black Matcha Latte

Ingredients for Single-Serving Iced Sweet Pumpkin Spice Black Matcha Latte:

  • 1 teaspoon of Sweet Pumpkin Spice Black Matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup of hot water (not boiling)
  • 3/4 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy of your choice)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener of your choice (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

Pour the hot water (175-180°F or 80-82°C) over the  matcha powder, and whisk the mixture  until it becomes frothy and well combined.  In a separate container, mix the pumpkin puree and additional sugar or sweetener to adjust the sweetness to your liking. Stir well to ensure even distribution.

Fill a glass with ice cubes to your desired level. Pour the pumpkin puree mixture over the ice. Pour the frothy matcha mixture over the ice and pumpkin mixture.Top off the glass with milk (dairy or non-dairy) to your preference, leaving a little space at the top.

If desired, top your Iced Sweet Pumpkin Spice Black Matcha Latte with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg for added indulgence.
