Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mytearapy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping
Currently we are only selling in Canada. We plan on expanding to the US very soon.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How do I changed or cancel my order?
Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. We are able to modify the order however you would need to contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped out we can't change or cancel it.
What do I do if the order I received is wrong/damaged?
If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing info@mytearapy.com. Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during especially busy periods.
Refunds
We do not currently offer online returns on our loose leaf tea. If you’re unhappy with your purchase of one of these items, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team by emailing info@mytearapy.com with your order number, and we’ll get back to you with a proposed solution.
