Information:
Maple syrup is produced from the sap of maple trees. It’s fascinating to see the lengthy process that it takes to harvest maple syrup, especially the sheer amount of sap required to produce it. Once the sap has been gathered, it’s taken to storage tanks at a farm’s sugarhouse. It is then put through a reverse osmosis machine to take some of the water out before the sap is boiled. The process evaporates the water, leaving the sap to thicken and the sugar to caramelize. One of the best parts, of course, is tasting the maple syrup itself. We've captured this incredible flavour and added it to a luxury, high grown Ceylon tea for a sweet cup that's second to none. Cheers!

Hot Brewing Method
Hot Brewing Method
Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea in 8oz / 237ml cup
Pour the boiling water into cup, cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
Iced Tea Pitcher
Iced Tea Pitcher
Place 6 slightly heaping teaspoons of tea into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Using filtered or freshly drawn cold water, boil and pour 1¼ cups/315ml over the tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Quarter fills a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the tea. Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed iced tea is to increase the strength of hot brew since it will be poured over ice and diluted with cold water.
Iced Tea Instruction (single serving):
Iced Tea Instruction (single serving):
Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoons of tea into a teapot for each serving required. Using filtered or freshly drawn cold water, boil and pour 6-7oz/170-200ml per serving over the herbal tea. Cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain the tea and add hot tea to a 12oz/375ml acrylic glass filled with ice. Not all of the tea will fit, allowing for approximately an additional ½ serving. Garnish and sweeten to taste. A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed tea is to increase the strength of hot tea since it will be poured over ice and diluted.
